These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GigFlow (the "Service"). By creating an account or otherwise using GigFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are creating an account on behalf of a business, you are agreeing to these Terms on that business's behalf.
By signing up for or using GigFlow, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
GigFlow is a multi-tenant customer relationship management platform built for party-entertainment businesses. Each customer ("tenant") uses GigFlow to manage its own clients, bookings, and events. Your account and data exist within your own tenant workspace and are logically separated from every other tenant on the platform.
You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@gigflow.app if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
GigFlow offers a Free plan and three paid plans: Starter ($19/month), Pro ($39/month), and Business ($79/month). New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to paid features; no purchase is required to start a trial.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees each billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period: you retain access to your paid plan's features until that period ends, at which point your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period. Your tenant data is retained, not deleted, when your account is downgraded or your subscription is canceled.
You may not use GigFlow to send spam or unsolicited communications. If you use GigFlow's email or SMS features to contact your own customers, you are responsible for complying with applicable law, including the CAN-SPAM Act for email and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) for SMS and telemarketing communications. This includes obtaining any consent required from your customers before emailing or texting them through GigFlow. We may suspend messaging features for any tenant we reasonably believe is violating this section.
As a tenant, you control the content you and your customers enter into GigFlow, including client names, contact information, and event details ("Your Content"). You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. You grant GigFlow a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. GigFlow acts as a data processor or service provider with respect to Your Content, not as its owner. See our Privacy Policy for more on how we handle data.
GigFlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We work to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigFlow's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid to GigFlow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access to GigFlow if you violate these Terms, including through abuse of the Service, non-payment, or use of the Service for illegal purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before or promptly after taking such action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice. Continued use of GigFlow after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
